I was in both situations once. When I tried to become a Freelancer, I also failed for 3 months in a row before I got my first job.

I was also tired of working in a supermarket, taking orders from someone I deemed incompetent at the job.

Having been told things like:

"Are you not hearing properly?"

"You are replaceable."

"You have a funny last name."

Being held accountable more than others is extremely unfair treatment when you have no authority to begin with.

I can't explain to you how I felt; emasculated would be a good word.

I didn't feel like a man, barely providing, not protecting anything, being ordered around like a slave.

This goes against your self-respect after a while...

Men are meant to conquer, to struggle & to fight, this is our nature.

We are not meant to sit in an office, being ordered around like we mean nothing, to have our souls crushed.

I HAD ENOUGH OF THAT SHIT.

I thought about ending myself and looked for plans to make it happen, I was done.

And with done, I mean DONE.

DONE!

But instead of leaving this world, I realized I have nothing to lose and decided to go ALL IN instead.

I just quit that damn job with my little savings and said...

..."NO MORE!"

(I think the last alive parts of my soul screamed for recognition and justice before I finally said that).

After arriving home, I immediately opened Google and typed "how to make money from home" into the search bar.

Translating from English to German made the most sense to me because I was pretty good at it in school.

And I found Fiverr…

Since I had no job, less than $1000 years of cash, and rent to pay, I had to dedicate my entire life to making money AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND NOW.

And god is my witness; it worked.

After 2-3 months, with my last bit of savings, I got my first big job worth $100.
